Ingredients

1. 2 cups frozen raspberries

2. ¾ cups cacao powder

3. ¾ cups granola

4. 2  tbsp honey

5. 1 cup plant-based milk of choice (soy milk, almond milk or coconut milk)

6. 1 tbsp soy powder (optional)

Toppings.

1. Shredded coconut (as desired)

2. Granola (as desired)

3. Fresh raspberries (as desired)

4. Optional: Fresh blueberries (as desired)

Instructions

  1. Blend all your smoothie ingredients in the blender until you achieve a creamy consistency. Note: make sure to leave the raspberries in the freezer for at least an hour before preparing your smoothie bowl to achieve a thicker consistency. If you don’t have time to freeze the raspberries, add three ice cubes instead.
  2. Pour the smoothie into a bowl.
  3. Top with granola, shredded coconut, and blueberries.
  4. Enjoy
