Ingredients

Scale
  1. 1 cup of flour
  2. 2 eggs
  3. 1/2 cup of milk
  4. 1/2 cup of water
  5. 1/4 tsp of salt
  6. 2 Tbsp. of oil or butter
  7. Filling
  8. Chopped avocado
  9. Chopped tomato
  10. Chopped lettuce
  11. Beans with sauce.

Instructions

  1. Obtain a good pan to fry the crepes in. Non stick.
  2. Use a little olive oil, in the pan and heat it up.
  3. Mix all the wet ingredients together until smooth. 
  4. Then add the dry ingredients mixing continually. Make sure the mixture is smooth and has a good working consistency. For pouring in the pan and to make a lighter crepe.
  5. Fry until done and flip to the other side.
  6. Place in a plate and add the fillings you desire.

  8. Fold over to make a roll or make quarters out of the crepe. (totally your preference)
  9. Serve with more cheese on top and some salad.

Notes

Crepes may be filled with anything, it totally depends on when you serving this meal. Savory is always a winner for vegetarians.
