Self Saucing Chocolate Pudding.
This classic old fashioned self saucing dessert is popular with the family. So easy to just add all the ingredients in a bowl and and bake in an oven.
The dark chocolate and cocoa and olive oil are anti-inflammatory foods that help your body fight inflammation. They will reduce the risk of diseases and leads to healthier aging.
Below is some ingredients to use for this recipe.

Flour, sugar and cocoa.

Pure olive oil
Milk is used in this recipe with some boiling water. No special ingredient, only the basics which helps. (use almond milk if needed)

Once you follow the recipe below and bake this for about 40 minutes. It is quick and easy to add some whipped cream or vanilla ice cream on top of the served portions.

Ingredients
1 cup of flour (use Gluten free flour to make this recipe as well.)
3/4 cup of sugar (or coconut sugar)
3 tbsp of cocoa
2 tsp of baking powder
1/4 tsp of salt
1/2 cup of milk (substitute with almond or coconut milk)
2 tbsp of olive oil
1 tsp of van ess.
Mix these ingr. all in one dish together.
then add these below on top of the mixture and add water
3/4 cup of brown sugar
1/4 cup of cocoa
1/1/4 boiling water
Instructions
Preheat oven to 180 deg. C
Bake the dessert that is all mixed together in a glass pyrex bowl as per instructions above.
Bake for 40 min.
Serve in a dessert bowl and spoon some sauce over the serving. Add a dollop of ice cream or cream.
