Only difference with these is that they include cream cheese and butter in flour dough and jam and are such a delicious dessert snack or treat for tea spoils.

  1. 8 oz (250 ml) cream cheese
  2. 1 1/2 (375 ml)cups unsalted butter
  3. 3 cups flour; plus more for rolling cookies
  4. 1 cup raspberry jam
  5. powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

  1. Mix cream cheese and softened unsalted butter in a stand mixer. Add in three cups of flour. Mix well. Wrap and place in the fridge for 1 hour.

  3. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Place the cookies on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 13 minutes.
  4. Remove to cooling rack. Dust with powdered sugar.
  5. Store in airtight container.
