Tortilla

Great tasty avocado

Cut small red cherry tomato or use yellow ones

Baby spinach

A plated tortilla filled with cut avocado spinach and red cherry tomatoes spiced with salt and pepper and lemon pepper. Garnished with spinach and cut red onions. Delicious lunch or light supper.

Ingredients

Obtain some tortilla’s or make them HERE.(Quick homemade tortilla recipe)

1 cup of baby spinach

1 cup of cut cherry tomatoes

Some sliced red onion for garnish or filling.

1 avocado cut and cubed

Salt and pepper

Lemon pepper

Mayonnaise

Instructions

Cut and chop the ingredient to fill the tortilla. Spinach leaves for garnish with small sliced red onions.

In a warm sauce pan place the tortilla to warm up a little. Fill the tortilla on one half with the above ingredients. (avocado tomato and some red onion and maybe a little baby spinach(or lettuce), salt and pepper.

Add some mayonnaise or sauce you prefer then fold over the other half of the tortilla and serve on a plate with some cut cherry tomatoes and baby spinach.
