Ingredients for Roasted Green Onion Dip
- green onions (trimmed and coarsely chopped)
- olive oil
- cream cheese (softened)
- sour cream
- lemon (zested and juiced) 🍋
How To make Roasted Green Onion Dip
- Preheat the oven to 425deg F. (220 deg. C)
- Place the green onions in a shallow baking pan
- Drizzle with oil and sprinkle with 1/2 tsp salt and toss to coat
- Spread in an even layer and roast for 15-20 minutes

Roast nicely tossing to make sure the onion is all covered in oil. Otherwise it dries.

- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 8 oz sour cream
- 1 lemon (zested and juiced)

- Preheat the oven to 425deg F. (220 deg. C)
- Place the green onions in a shallow baking pan
- Drizzle with oil and sprinkle with 1/2 tsp salt and toss to coat
