How To

- 1 cup mozzarella, grated
- 3–4 small tomatoes (cherry or Roma or small to medium tomato)
- 1 cup of sliced pepperoni
- tomato sauce
- spices of Italian or parsley or basil leaves
Instructions
- Obtain the recipe for the yogurt flour based dough for the mini pizza. ( easy 2 ingredient pizza base.)
- Slice the tomato and the pepperoni and grate the cheese. You can mix the cheese with cheddar and some parmesan for a richer flavor. Depends on your taste.
- After you have prepared the bases, make small sizes for a two bite snack or appetizer size.
- Spread a little tomato sauce on the base and sprinkle the cheese over that, add slice of tomato and then a slice of pepperoni on top. sprinkle some parsley or Italian spices on top and bake.
