  1. 3 loaves of rolls or baguettes.
  2. 1 cup of unsalted room temperature butter
  3. 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  4. 1/2 teaspoon of salt (if you want to use salted butter then leave out the salt)
  5. 1 teaspoon of oregano

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 Deg, C (400 Deg. F)
  2. Cut the slices of the loaves into equal pieces. They will form mini or small slices.
  3. Mix the room temperature butter and garlic and oregano and salt together nicely.
  4. Spread the small loaf slices on both sides and add on to the sheet pan that was greased or lined.
  5. Place in the oven to toast for 4-5 minutes, then turn them around and toast that side for another 6-4 minutes until nicely light golden color and the butter mixture has been absorbed.
  6. Place on the cooler rack and then serve slightly warm as an appetizer or use these for other recipes to add toppings. So delicious. A must try recipe idea.
