  • Preheat oven to 175 deg. C (350 deg. F) Have grid in the middle for baking.
  • Obtain the shortbread crust recipe, and mix. Roll out and cover a 9 ” pie dish with the crust. Cut off the overflow of the pastry, and pinch with a pattern. Place this pie dish with the crust in a freezer for about 30 minutes before baking. (just helps the crust stay in place)
