How to bake these Homemade Ginger Snap Cookies
For these ginger snap biscuits, the oven should be preheated to 350°F (180°C) so it is ready when the biscuits are shaped.
The butter and sugars need to be well combined before the egg and molasses are added. Once these are mixed in, the sifted dry ingredients can be incorporated to form a soft dough-like mixture.
The dough benefits from about 30 minutes in the fridge, which makes it easier to handle when shaping the biscuits. Once chilled, the dough can be rolled into small 1-inch balls and placed on a lined baking sheet. They can then be flattened with a glass, fork, or another suitable object.
Bake the biscuits at 350°F (180°C) for about 10–12 minutes. They will continue to firm up as they cool, so a cooling rack is useful once they come out of the oven.

These are so delicious especially on cold days and winter time. Tasty and even better when dunked into your hot drink, with family. Make them in large batches for the holidays.
