How To make Healthy No-Bake Reese’s Pieces Snack Bars

  • Line an 8×8 baking pan with either parchment paper or wax paper to prevent bars from sticking to the pan.
  • Add all ingredients to a large bowl and mix until thoroughly combined. If mixture seems too dry or crumbly, add a little extra water one teaspoon at a time until the mixture is right consistency.
  • Press the mixture evenly into the lined 8×8 pan.
  • Cover with foil or plastic wrap and chill until set. (Place in freezer for at least 30 minutes or place in refrigerator for at least 60 minutes).
  • Remove pan from freezer, and lift out the frozen “block” of bars by grabbing the parchment/wax paper liner and lifting it out of the pan.
  • Cut the frozen “block” into 12 bars.

Storage:

  • Store bars in the refrigerator or freezer and enjoy!
  • Store in an airtight container or bag in the freezer for up to 6 months or refrigerator for up to a month. I do not recommend storing these at room temperature as they will become too soft and fall apart too easily. They hold together best when kept cold.
