A simple but yet quick sauce to make that contains brandy for that tang. Apply this homemade strawberry sauce with desserts to serve as a fine dining experience. It is versatile for any dessert sauce needed. Such as the mini pavlova. No Bake Condiments Recipes.

Ingredients.

Few ingredients needed plus some brandy. For the correct measurement go to the recipe attached.

fresh strawberries

white sugar for sweetening

How To.

Obtain the fresh strawberries, clean and cut them up a little then add the sugar and mash them finely. Adding the small amount of brandy and then leave to stand for at least an hour before serving on the dessert required. These are a no cook strawberry sauce.

Fill the small container to pour over desserts when required.

To keep strawberries.

Strawberries can be stored frozen for up to three months. Clean and take leaves off, then place in a sealed zip lock or sealed container.

When needing to use them let them thaw out and place in a blender with sugar and liquid, normally water or alcohol.

You can also freeze the strawberry sauce for at least three months sealed.

Ingredients

10 oz strawberries

2 Tablespoons of fine sugar

2 Tablespoons of brandy

Instructions

Crush the fresh strawberries finely with the added sugar and mix well. 

Add the brandy and mix then leave to stand for an hour before serving on the plate or sprinkled on desserts such as panna cotta or pavlova desserts. A no cook sauce.
