  2. 2 1/2 cups, 600 ml. of brown or white sugar (brown sugar will darken the jam)

Notes

  • The amount of the jam will differ to the sizes and juiciness of the peaches used.
  • Not the right consistency, then bring back to boil until it is.
  • Lemon juice is high in pectin, and helps set the jam.
  • To little sugar will not set the jam, rather add more as you heat it up to the right consistency.
