Ingredients

  1. fried fish in batter (left over fish)
  2. taco
  3. coleslaw
  4. lime or lemon and zest
  5. cilantro

Instructions

  1. If you have left over fried fish then, use this recipe for a light meal.
  2. Either use left over fried fish from the Fried Fish and chips and salad recipe. Or fry your fish fillets for this taco lunch with cabbage slaw.
  3. Obtain the cabbage slaw from the Crunch Coleslaw Salad and sauce recipe. This is used for the crunchy filling with the pieces of fish in the taco, that has a sauce with it.
  4. Warm up the taco’s in a pan before you add the fillings.
  5. Grate some lemon zest to sharpen the flavors and add a few cilantro leaves to finish of the lunch dish.
  6. SO YUMMY! you will eat them all up for lunch or a weekend dinner.
