Salads, tomato and avocado onion, parsley or coriander.
Pasta of your choice.
Beef mince meat or chopped up meat available (or chicken)
olive oil for sauté
Vegetables family love
vegetable stock or broth
spices needed salt and pepper
Red bell peppers
parmesan cheese grated
Instructions
Chop or slice vegetables or salads to sauté
Cook Meat and Vegetable Ingredients Separately.
Boil Pasts
Sauté vegetables with onion and spices.
Add the vegetable stock or broth cook for 10 min.
Separately, while the vegetables are simmering, grill the chicken or shrimp or even beef mince meat for those who must have meat with their meal.
Once all is cooked dish up in separate bowls and serve for the family to choose their own meal.
