Ingredients

  1. Hard cheeses. like Parmesan and Manchego. (and other)
  2. Soft cheeses. like Brie and spreadable cheeses
  3. Two unique flavors,  bleu cheese and smoked cheese.
  4. Fragrant cheeses with honey and lavender.
  5. Crackers and snacks.  and small rolls. use for instance (Chex Mix or Gardetto) To please different tastes
  6. Sweet fruits like grapes and strawberries
  7. pistachios or cashew
  8. Chocolate varieties and sour candy
  9. Wine (to suite your plate)

Instructions

  1. When obtaining your cheese plate cheeses make sure you are pleasing various tastes for all different people. As well as some different types of crackers.
  2. Slice cheeses thinly to place on crackers. Maybe some can be cut into squares for tasting.
  3. Place different crackers between different cheeses or the ones that go together. (as per Taste)
  4. The sweet fruits can be filled in-between the cheeses and crackers. Or place them in small bowls.
  5. Also place choice of chocolates varieties around the plate.
  6. The sour candy can also be placed around.
  7. Make sure that the various tastes of sweet and sour and crackers and cheeses are displayed nicely and easily accessible for people to obtain and place what they want on their plates.
  8. The different flavors of crackers can be easily dressed with sliced cheeses or cheese spreads.
  9. A crisp white wine or a light red wine such as Pinot Noir would be a great match. A Chardonnay that isn’t too oaky.   Firm and aged cheeses, like gouda or havarti need  brown ale or a slightly sweeter white wine.
