  1. 24 crackers (such as Ritz or water crackers, salty crackers, or gluten free crackers)
  2. 6-8 oz (170-225 g) Brie cheese, cut into small slices
  3. 6 oz (170 g) cooked turkey breast, thinly sliced or shredded

  5. Optional: fresh basil, or rosemary or thyme leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 175 deg. C ((350 deg. F)
  2. Arrange the Brie slices on a parchment-lined baking sheet and warm for 3–5 minutes, just until soft and creamy but not runny. This step brings out the Brie’s rich flavor and helps it blend beautifully with the other toppings.
  3. Place crackers on a serving tray. Add a warm Brie slice to each cracker, followed by a small piece of turkey.
  4. Spoon a little cranberry sauce over each bite. Garnish with a tiny rosemary or thyme sprig if desired.
  5. Serve immediately while the Brie is soft and creamy. These appetizers taste best slightly warm or at room temperature.
