Butter to spread croissants

4 Slices of Ham….(cold meat) OR (ham from Sunday roast)

4 Slice some cheese of choice. Cheddar or Gouda or Mozzarella.

5 Min. Mustard Sauce ingredients

1/4 Cup of Honey

1/4 Cup of mayonnaise

1/4 Cup of Dijon Mustard

1 Tablespoon of white vinegar

1/4 teaspoon of cayenne pepper

Instructions

Make the croissants or use fresh bought croissants. (recipe…Homemade tasty croissants recipe)

Cut the ham and cheese into slices. Warm the croissants that they are just warm. Butter the croissants with some spreadable butter. Fill the croissants with a few slices of cheese and ham.

Make the 5 minute honey mustard sauce, Add the sauce to the croissants over the ham. Adding a little lettuce will just improve the taste and presentation.

Serve warm on a plate. Have it with your morning coffee or tea.

A special simple Breakfast or light meal.
