Ingredients

  1. 125 ml Of Butter or olive oil.
  2. 2 large eggs
  3. 250 ml of brown sugar
  4. 500 ml of flour (including 40 ml of cocoa powder)
  5. 46 mashed ripe banana
  6. 10 ml – 2 tsp of baking powder
  7. 5ml – 1 tsp of vanilla essence
  8. 1/2 tsp of Himalayan salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 Deg. C (350 Deg. F)
  2. Grease your muffin pans.
  3. Beat the sugar and butter until creamy.
  4. Then add the vanilla essence and eggs one at a time. 
  5. Sift the flour and other dry ingredients.
  6. Mix the dry ingredients into the wet mix and then add the mashed bananas.
  7. Fill up your muffing pans and place in the oven to bake.
  8. Bake for 25 minutes and test with a knife if the muffins are done and the knife comes out clean.
  9. Serve with some butter on the cut halves or eat as is.

Notes

Some chocolate chips may be added for that extra chocolate taste.
