Ingredients

  1. 2 Large Eggs
  2. 1/2 Cup of quick oats
  3. 1 pinch of salt
  4. 2 Mashed ripe bananas
  5. 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence.
  6. 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
  7. olive oil for frying
  8. blueberries for added flavor.
  9. slices of banana
  10. syrup or honey

Instructions

  1. Mash your bananas and keep aside.
  2. Then add the eggs and vanilla and mix well. Then add the cinnamon and the oats, mix well.
  3. In a greased or slightly oiled pan. Add a 1/2 cup of banana pancake mixture. Cook until the slight show of bubbles. Then turn over carefully.
  4. Carry on in this manner until all mixture is complete and keep aside on a plate.
  5. Serve with some honey and fruit (such as blueberries and raspberries or strawberries and even chopped up bananas.)
  6. To make another sweet sauce if you do not have honey or syrup. Make a butter and sugar syrup to drizzle over the pancakes. Roast some bananas as well to go with these pancakes.
