Easy blissful no-bake custard milk tart with condensed milk and a biscuit base. A fridge tart dessert perfect for tea time or any occasion.

1liter of Milk
1 egg
1 Tin of condensed milk
1 Pkt of tennis biscuits (or other) 200g
2 Heaped Tbsp of corn starch (mazena)
2 Heaped Tbsp of Custard powder
2 Heaped Tbsp of sugar
pinch of salt
2 tsp of vanilla Essence
soft butter for biscuit base. 100g
Cinnamon (to sprinkle on top of tart)
Instructions
Crush the biscuits until fine and mix in the melted butter.
Grease the pie or tart dish, add the biscuit mix, as a base. Flatten with the back of the spoon evenly. Keep in fridge until needed.
Use a small bowl add some of the milk, (for instance 150 ml.) mix and whisk in the corn starch and custard, egg and vanilla. Make a smooth paste.
In a medium pot, bring to boil the rest of the milk (850 ml) and the tin of condensed milk and sugar. Whisk until all in combines and it comes up to a boil. Remove from the stove.
Add some of the warm milk mix with the paste and whisk until smooth. Then add the paste to the warm milk mixture, mixing or whisking all the time. Place the pot back on a low heat, stirring until the milk mixture thickens and is smooth.
Pour the milk filling over the cold biscuit base. In the tart or pie dish.
Sprinkle some cinnamon over the top while warm and leave to cool at room temperature until cool.
Place in a fridge to cool before serving.
Notes
This is the most amazing tasty and delicious custard milk tart recipe I have tasted and made.
It can also be made as a triflewith biscuit base layered between the filling. It is blissful, believe me.
