Ingredients

  1. Fish (sea bass) 2
  2. Parsley or dill 14  cup
  3. Rosemary 14  cup
  4. Salt 13 tsp.
  5. Black ground  pepper 13 tsp.
  6. Oregano 12 tsp.
  7. Lemon 2
  8.  Olive oil 2-3 tbsp.

Instructions

  1. Place the whole clean (cut open) Sea Bass in a greased casserole dish. (the fish should have been de scaled and guts cleaned out)
  2. Mix the herbs, and slice the lemons. Stuff the fish inside with the herbs and lemon slices, all along the cut.
  3. Baste the fish with olive oil, then sprinkle the salt and pepper on top. Ready for baking in the oven.
  4. Bake at 350F for 15-20 minutes. 
  5. Serve with side dish or salads of choice.
