Ingredients

  1. 1 lb Ground beef
  2. 1 oz packet taco seasoning
  3. 9 oz bag restaurant style tortilla chips
  4. 16 oz can refried beans
  5. 2 cups colby jack, shredded
  6. 2 jalapenos, sliced
  7. 1/2 cup guacamole
  8. 1/2 cup sour cream
  9. 1/2 cup sliced olives
  10. 1 roma tomato, diced

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 deg. F (200 deg. C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cook the ground beef in a medium skillet over medium heat, breaking the meat apart as it cooks, until no longer pink. Drain any grease, then mix in taco seasoning and water.
  3. Cut the jalapeno and tomato.
  4. Arrange the tortilla chips on the baking sheet.
  5. Drop spoonful’s of refried beans over the tortilla chips, then sprinkle ground beef over them. Cover with the cheese.
  6. Arrange jalapeno slices over the top.
  7. Bake for 12 minutes.
  8. Remove from the oven and drop dollops of guacamole and sour cream over the nachos, then sprinkle with olives and tomatoes.
