Ingredients
- toothpicks
- small gherkins or slices of gherkins
- small pickled onions
- cheddar and gouda cheeses
- turkey cold meats
Instructions
- Cut the different cheeses in pieces of about 1/2 an inch wide and thick.
- Slice the turkey cold meat in strips of about 1/2 wide.
- Cut the small gherkins in half, if you only have larger gherkins then slice them.
- The whole small pickled onions will be ok.
- With a tooth pick first stick the pickled onion and then the folded strip of turkey cold meat and then a cheddar piece of cheese. Repeat this with first a half a gherkin then a strip of turkey folded then a cheddar piece of cheese. Having the three ingredients at the bottom of the tooth pick, making sure there is some room on the tooth pick for you to hold it. Repeat.
- Taking another tooth pick then add the pickled onion and then the folded turkey cold meat and then the gouda piece of cheese. Repeat this with a small piece of gherkin and then the turkey strips and a piece of gouda cheese.
- Plate these savory appetizers on a board or a serving plate and serve.
