Ingredients
- 1/2 pineapple (chopped)
- 6 oz cream of coconut
- 2 oz coconut milk
- 4 oz rum
- 2 tbsp lime juice
Instructions
- At least a few hours before you want to make the piña colada, freeze the pineapple
- When ready to make the drink, place all ingredients in a blender.
- Blend everything together until it’s creamy and smooth.
- If the drink is too runny, add more frozen pineapple or ice.
- If it’s too thick, add more of any one of the liquids.
- Place this mixture in the Freezer for. 5 hours.
