  1. 12 oz. Chocolate block
  2. 1/4 cup pistachios, slightly chopped
  3. 1/4 cup dried cranberries

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Chop the chocolate into smaller pieces and add to a microwave safe bowl. Heat in 30 second intervals until melted.
  3. Pour the chocolate over the parchment and spread into an even layer about ¼ inch thick.
  4. Sprinkle dried cranberries and pistachios over the top.
  5. Freeze for 10 minutes to set.
  6. Break into pieces.
