Ingredients

Units Scale
  1. 1/2 cup Plain Greek Yogurt, 140 g or( 5-6 oz)
  2. 1/2 cup of fresh diced ripe peaches, 1 ripe peach.
  3. 3 -4 Tablespoons of Granola, muesli
  4. 1 Tablespoon of ground Flax seed

Instructions

  1. In a glass add half of your plain full cream Greek yogurt to the bottom of the glass.
  2. Mix your granola or muesli with your flax seed, place on the yogurt.
  3. Place a few chopped up peaches on top.
  4. Add the rest of the yogurt to the top of the granola.
  5. Then sprinkle some granola or muesli on top of that.
  6. To complete the parfait add you chopped up fresh peaches
  7. Ready to serve for healthy breakfast or snack for any body. 
  8. A tip to add more sweetness drizzle some organic honey on top and enjoy.
