Healthy Chocolate Avocado Mousse. A healthy alternative for a chocolate mousse made with coconut milk and honey as a sweetener.

Ingredients

  1. 2 Avocados (avocado Flesh)
  2. 34 Tbsp of coconut milk (or any dairy free milk)
  3. 1/4 Cup of cocoa powder
  4. 1/4 Cup of melted 100% dark chocolate chips
  5. 1/2 tsp of vanilla Ess.
  6. 1/8 tsp of salt
  7. 1/4 Cup of honey (or maple syrup)

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a Blender and blend until all is completely smooth.
  2. Place in the fridge for a while before serving.
  3. Decorate with chocolate chips or chocolate shavings. Even some whipped cream or nuts will be great.
