Ingredients

  1. 1 Cup of milk (non dairy or almond or water)
  2. 1/2 Cup of plain Greek yogurt
  3. 1 frozen banana cut in pieces (Frozen bananas work better)
  4. 2 cups of frozen raspberries
  5. 23 ice cubes
  6. 2 tablespoons chocolate protein powder. (or cocoa 1tablspoon)

Instructions

  1. Obtain all the ingredients and place in a blender and blend until all smooth.
  2. Pour into 2 glasses and enjoy.
  3. Add any fruit you like to this smoothie.

Notes

Any type of milk will work with this smoothie. Or just add water. Totally sugar free and only sweetened with the fruit.
