Boiled Eggs for Breakfast recipe ideas in an egg cup. Eggs are filled with protein and are a great energy sauce, for salads and easter use.

Ingredients

  1. Breakfast for two.
  2. 2 fresh whole eggs with shell on.
  3. Water and small pot.
  4. salt and pepper.

Instructions

  1. Take 2 eggs and add them to the small pot. Add cold water to the pot to cover the eggs for about an inch over top and a little salt.  Place on stove top to bring to boil. Boil the best boiled eggs for 4 – 5 minutes. (or as otherwise desired for your taste according to the times in the post) remove from the stove top.
  2. Pour the boiling water out of the pot leaving the eggs inside and then run cold tap water over the boiled eggs until cool enough to handle. 
  3. Place the eggs in egg cup holders. With a knife cut of the top of the boiled egg and salt and pepper the egg. Eat the boiled egg out of the shell with a teaspoon. Enjoy for breakfast with toast and coffee or juice.
  4. A high protein filled meal for energy for the day. Great recipe for a diabetic meal.
