Ingredients

Units Scale
  1. 1 pineapple
  2. 1 banana
  3. 1/2 lemon
  4. 1/6 teaspoon salt
  5. 1/3 cup ice
  6. some microgreens, 2 peas of black pepper to serve.

Instructions

1. Cut a small section off the pineapple along with the leaves. Make incisions, insert the leaves wings, beak and black pepper eyes.

2. Peel the banana from the peel and cut randomly.

3. Remove the hard core of the pineapple and cut it into cubes.

4.Place the ingredients in a blender, add lemon juice,salt and whisk the smoothie until smooth.

Place ice in a glass, add the smoothie. Sit the bird of paradise on the rim of the glass. Add some microgreen and serve the smoothie to the table.

Notes

Variations

  • Add 1/4 cup coconut milk for a refreshing tropical lassi.
  • A teaspoon of fresh grated ginger gives the drink a spicy accent.
  • Add a spoonful of rum and you’ve got a summer cocktail in for adults.
  • This drink is perfect for breakfast, brunch, poolside lounging, or a kid’s party. And if you want something special, add colored coconut, a mint leaf or a little yogurt for softness.
