Ingredients

  1. 1 large can of mixed fruit
  2. Custard powder (or a box of ready made custard)
  3. Milk and sugar (for the custard)

Instructions

  1. Open a large can of mix fruit mix, empty the juice and the fruit in a large bowl.
  2. Prepare the custard sauce by following the instructions on the custard powder packet. Normally it is heating up the milk in a pot on the stove top. Keeping some milk to make a paste with the powder required and adding some sugar. Stir this paste to smooth consistency.
  3. When the milk is warm, and almost boiling. Add the custard paste and stir into the milk, to prevent clotting. With a hand whisker. Heating up the milk for the custard to thicken. Stirring all the time to prevent lumps and sticking to the pot. When it has reached a good thick sauce, take it off the stove.
  4. With 3 dessert bowls set aside, share your fruit mix, with some juice, equally.
  5. Spoon in some warm custard sauce.
  6. That easy and simple. Serve as a delicious, dessert for all.
