- 7 yellow passion fruits
- 3 cups of water
- 3 Tablespoons of stevia sugar or honey
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- Cut the passion fruits in half. Scoop out the pulp and seed. Place the pulp and seed in a blender. Pulse the blender so break up the seed and the pulp.
- Alternatively, you can blend the pulp and the sugar together in the water. (this saves time)
- Then strain the mixture into a jug once blended to get rid of the seed particles.
- Chill in a fridge and serve with ice cubes. 9 or blend some ice cubes (crushed) place in the glass of passion fruit.
Notes
Yellow passion fruit is more tart than the purple sweeter passion fruit. Option is to add some sugar.
