Ingredients

Units Scale
  1. 2 cups of full cream
  2. 1/4 cup of evaporated milk
  3. 1/3 cup of lemon juice
  4. 1/3 cup of honey or sugar
  5. 2 fresh peaches
  6. 1 Tablespoon of olive oil
  7. 1 Tablespoon of soft butter

Instructions

  1. Firstly cut your peaches in half brush them with some butter, and drizzle the olive oil in a skillet pan, bring pan to medium heat and grill the halved peaches with skin on for 2-3 minutes each side.
  2. In a blender add the lemon juice and sweetener of sugar or honey, blend a little until all incorporated if you using sugar.
  3. Adding in the cream and evaporated milk and then blend all these ingredients together for about 25-30 seconds. Until it thickens.
  4. Take your fresh grilled peaches and cut them, placing them in the blender to further blend them for a few seconds. All is now blended.
  5. In a metal container (as it helps the ice cream freeze faster) add this ice cream mix, and freeze in a freezer for about an hour. Remove the ice cream and mix up with a spoon. To combine all together.  Freeze again for another hour.
  6. Repeat this twice more to receive an ice cream texture.
  7. If you like what texture it became then serve scooped out with an ice cream scoop into a bowl, or dessert bowls, and even give to kids in cones.
  8. To make a dessert out of it add some slice peaches honey and crushed nuts on top. Some mint leaves for garnish. YUMMY!
