Easy muesli yogurt parfait breakfast recipe made with Greek yogurt, strawberries, and crunchy muesli. A simple, healthy meal for a special day.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  1. 75 ml Greek Yogurt
  2. 4 Fresh strawberries Cleaned and cut
  3. 1/2 cup of Muesli mix (with nuts and raisons and coconut )
  4. Sprig of mint.

Instructions

  1. Clean and cut the strawberries in halves or thirds. Take of the leaves.
  2. Place about three tablespoons of Greek yogurt in the bottom of a glass. Then spoon three tablespoons muesli mix. Then add some cut strawberries. Repeat this twice and leave space for the strawberries to be place on top of the yogurt topping and place a sprig of mint on top.
  3. Serve for a special breakfast. Mothers Day or Fathers day.

Notes

Use the yogurt you prefer and add different fruits you have available at home.
