Ingredients

Scale
  1. 1 1/2 shredded mozzarella
  2. 1 1/2 shredded cheddar
  3. 8 ounces’ cream cheese
  4. 3 1/2 bacon
  5. 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  6. 3 tablespoons sour cream
  7. 2 jalapeños
  8. salt and pepper
  9. 1 teaspoon dried garlic
  10. 7 mini crackers.

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Remove the seeds and core from the jalapeños. Set aside some for serving. Finely dice the jalapeños.
  2. In a non-stick skillet, fry the bacon until crisp on both sides. Transfer the bacon to a paper towel to pat off excess fat. Chop into small pieces.
  3. In a bowl, combine the cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sour cream. Season with salt, garlic, and pepper.
  4. Add one cup each of grated cheeses, jalapeños, and three-quarters of the bacon. Stir until evenly distributed.
  5. Transfer the cheese mixture to a ceramic baking dish. Sprinkle with mozzarella, cheddar, cracker crumbs, and the remaining bacon. Bake in the oven for about 30 minutes and serve hot. This dish can be refrigerated for up to 4 days in a lidded container and reheated in the oven or microwave. Enjoy!
